Booking/ Deposit
Policy for Parties


 

To secure your booking and ensure everything is set for your special event, we require a deposit. Please review our deposit policy:


Deposit Amount:  
A non-refundable deposit of 15 % is required at the time of booking to secure your party date and time.

 

Payment Deadline:
The deposit must be paid within 48 hours of receiving your booking confirmation. If the deposit is not received within this period, we cannot guarantee your reservation, and your booking may be released.


Payment Methods:
We accept deposits via bank transfer or cash  Please choose the method most convenient for you.


Balance Payment:
The remaining balance is due 14 days before the event date. Failure to pay the balance by this deadline may result in the cancellation of your event and forfeiture of the deposit.
Refunds and Cancellations:

The deposit is
non-refundable, as it secures your date and covers initial event planning costs. However, if you need to cancel or reschedule your party, please refer to our Cancellation Policy for details on potential refunds or transfer of the deposit.

 

Rescheduling:
If you choose to reschedule your event, your deposit can be applied to the new date, provided the request is made at least 7 days before the original event date and subject to availability.


Confirmation:
Once the deposit is received, you will receive a confirmation email detailing your booking and payment status. Please review this carefully and notify us of any discrepancies.

Cancellation
Policy for Parties

We understand that plans can change, and we're here to make the process as smooth as possible. Please review our cancellation policy below to ensure clarity and avoid any surprises:

DEPOSITS NON REFUNDABLE

Cancellation More Than 14 Days Before the Event:

Deposits are non-refundable. However, if you have paid in full and cancel your party more than 14 days prior to the scheduled event date, you will receive a refund of 85% of the total payment made.


Cancellation 2-14 Days Before the Event:

Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before the event will be eligible for a 50% refund of the 85% paid.

Cancellation 24 hours before  Event: 

Cancellations under 24 hours s before the event will be eligible for a 25% refund of the 85% paid.

No-Show Policy:In the event that you do not show up for your scheduled party without prior notice, the full cost of the event will be charged, and no refunds will be provided.

Rescheduling:
We understand that sometimes a cancellation isn't needed, but a change in date is. If you wish to reschedule your event, we will do our best to accommodate your new date. Rescheduling is subject to availability, and we ask for at least 7 days' notice to avoid any fees. 


Force Majeure:
If your event needs to be canceled due to unforeseen circumstances beyond your control, such as extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, or other emergencies, we will work with you to either reschedule the event or offer a full refund, depending on the situation.
We aim to be as flexible and accommodating as possible while ensuring fairness to all parties involved.

Refund Policy for Booking Outside Companies

When booking outside vendors or companies through our services, please review our refund policy carefully:

Deposit Refunds:
Deposits for outside companies booked through us are non-refundable. These deposits secure your date and the services of the third-party vendor.


Vendor Cancellations:
In the unlikely event that the outside company cancels their service, we will work with you to either find a suitable replacement or provide a full refund of any payments made for that specific service.

 

Changes or Modifications:
If you need to make changes to your booking, such as altering the date, time, or scope of services, please notify us as soon as possible. Modifications may be subject to the outside company’s policies, and additional fees may apply. Refunds for any reductions in service will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.


No-Show Policy:
If the outside company fails to show up on the day of the event, you will be entitled to a full refund for the services not rendered, and we will assist in finding an immediate solution if possible.


Force Majeure:
In the event that your party is canceled due to circumstances beyond your control (such as extreme weather, natural disasters, or emergencies), we will work with the outside company to negotiate a refund or reschedule your services. Refunds in these situations will depend on the specific terms agreed upon with the outside vendor.


Please be aware that each outside company may have its own policies, which could affect your refund. We recommend reviewing their terms and conditions before finalizing your booking. If you have any questions or need assistance, our team is here to help.
